Enchant system nerfed or bugged?

So some time  a go i notice diference with p.atk/m.atk
it only happens on mobius pack,this is some kind a nerf to preven't starwars?   

Dynasty sword +10 with 418 p.atk gives me 1091 p.atk
periel sword +0 with 415 p.atk give me 1247 p.atk
forgoten blade +20 with 468.patk gives 1039 p.atk

i just pick C grade Samurai long sword and enchated to +100 and weapon p atk is 747 and combat p.atk is 1090, try it by your self with enchating weapons and to comparing.

Check ItemStatData.dat if base stats are correct.

Might also take into account the different item grades. Could be better to try something like Dynasty sword vs forgotten blade vs common s grade sword. Or something similar.
