Admin system

i just started to get into L2 after leaveing aion but i cant seem to figure the gm system, on aion its basically rank 1 2 3 etc and theres another file that controls the commands u can do, i think i got it set right my access level is 100 and i restarted the server but ingame i cant use any command

iam i typeing them wrong ? or i miss something.

It is prety easy.

Go to characters sql table and change your accesslevel to 100

Login in game (no need for server restart) and type //admin

the problem is i tryed that but i got nothing :3 iam thinking i might have forgot something but ill try again.

still nothing ;/ but it shows that the char has some kind of Gm access cause the servers on GM only atm but i dont have a green name or hero glow i just look like a normal player XD
