how to change spawn time raid boss, example every 15 minutes or every 3 minutes

find your RB spawn in gameserver\data\xml\spawn
and edit this <spawn count="1" respawn="86400" respawn_random="21600" period_of_day="none">

They are in boss scripts.
Can be moved to Configs very easy.
I might do it when I get some time.

in gameserver\data\xml\spawn there is no id for valakas dll
